Sakho being out may prove to be a good thing - it's forcing EV and AC to work together and they are both proving that they are intelligent enough footballers to make it work. That means that we have 3 top notch strikers who can work in any combination. COYFI!!

I read that Toby Fry article when this thread first appeared. Can't be bothered to read it again but as I remember, he said that Valencia wouldn't fit into an Allardyce side and was a bad signing because of that. I thought that was a good point and still is. Fortunately we aren't playing like an Allardyce side and Valencia is looking really good.

DoD, I was thinking the same. I can't remember a striker as fast. He is very fit, doesn't appear to have an ounce of fat on him. Reminds me somewhat of Defoe. I think we have not seen the best of Enner by a long long way.

He's fucking immense and only getting better.
My boy was a mascot today, apparently in the changing room he went up to my son, chucked his hands in the air and shouted "I'm awesome!" in his broken English. Then signed his shirt and fucked off.
I like that.
